Refund Policy

If the 100% No-Regrets Playthrough Pass isn't for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you'll get your full $2.99 back. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

• Email support@vicechoices.com from the address you used at checkout, or include that address in your message.
• If you have it, include your license key (it starts with "VC-") or the date of purchase.

What happens next

• We aim to reply and issue the refund within 2 business days.
• The refund goes back to your original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
• When the refund is issued, Pro access for that purchase is removed automatically.

After 14 days

Requests after 14 days are reviewed case by case. If something on the site is broken and we can't fix it, we'll refund you regardless of timing.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund from us is faster, and disputed purchases lose Pro access.
