These terms apply to your use of ViceChoices (the "site") and to any purchase you make on it. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What ViceChoices is

ViceChoices is an independent, fan-made companion guide for Grand Theft Auto VI. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Grand Theft Auto and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.

Guide content is compiled from our own play, partner streams and community reports. We work to keep it accurate, but games change through patches and we can't guarantee every entry is complete or correct.

Free use and the 100% No-Regrets Playthrough Pass

• Anyone can read a limited number of decision guides for free.
• The 100% No-Regrets Playthrough Pass is a one-time purchase of $2.99 (USD, plus any applicable tax). It unlocks unlimited decision lookups and every missable alert, and removes ads. It is not a subscription and never renews.
• Pro is delivered instantly after payment and is tied to the account you were signed in with, so it works on any device where you sign in.
• Pro covers the site as it exists and grows over time. It doesn't include any game, in-game item or Rockstar service.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. If a payment is refunded or charged back, Pro access for that purchase is removed.

Your account and acceptable use

• Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Don't share, resell or publish license keys, or try to get around the free lookup limit.
• Don't scrape the site in bulk, overload it, or interfere with how it works.
• Community submissions must be your own observations and must not be abusive or misleading.

We may suspend accounts or revoke Pro access that breaks these rules, without a refund.

Community submissions

If you submit a tip or correction, you give us permission to edit it and publish it on the site. We may decline or remove any submission.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a material change we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
